At Genesis House, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact in our SoIN communities. Our mission is to foster long-term recovery for women addicted to alcohol and other substances. Improving the quality of life for these individual community members improves the quality of life in our entire community. Research indicates that the longer a person remains in an alcohol and drug-free environment with support for recovery, the greater the chance of long-term sobriety, increased financial well-being and overall stability. Genesis House provides this opportunity.
We have celebrated 58vwomen successfully completing the program at Genesis House. Additionally, we have provided support and referral services to 189 more women along their recovery journey. We have celebrated 7 babies born to and 36 children reunited with sober mothers. 8 residents have completed their GED, and many are living independently for the first time. Two of our graduates have become first time homeowners.
Your partnership with Genesis House helps underwrite our two fundraising events for 2025:Duck, Duck Derby and Our First, Fundraising Banquet.

You can partner with the purchase of ducks in the race or with your $250.00 tax deductible donation. All partners will be recognized, as they wish, at the event and on our social media platforms. You can complete your sponsorship online using the QR code below or checks, made to “Genesis House”, can be mailed or picked up. Please reach out If you have any questions. All partnerships must be received by April 1, 2025. We will be reaching out over the next few weeks to follow up. Thank you for your consideration.
